Simple invoicing

We know that you don’t want any documentation to be difficult to understand or ‘in industry speak’. That’s why we’ve made ours crystal clear and given you different options to choose from.

Level 1

This is a summarised invoice with a single line being shown for each primary charge item. The possible charge items are:

  • Rental charges
  • Process charges
  • Minimum charge
  • Prior period rental charges
  • Other charges/delivery note/wearer/product level.

Level 2

This will contain the invoice document as per level one, along with a further analysis sheet.

Within the analysis section, the primary charge elements (rental charges and prior period rental charges) will be shown at stop/garment set level and process charges will be shown at stop/delivery note/product level.

Level 3

This will contain the invoice document as per level one, along with a further analysis sheet.

Within the analysis section, the primary charge elements (Rental Charges and Prior Period Rental Charges) will be shown at stop/wearer/garment set level and Process Charges will be shown at stop/delivery note/wearer/product level.
